Grown on our very own farm, our sweet potatoes are what set us apart. Naturally sweet and farm-fresh, each potato is carefully sourced from renowned growing regions celebrated for their exceptional harvests.

Following harvest, every sweet potato undergoes a curing process to enhance natural sweetness, refine texture, and allow the skin to heal. The result is a smoother, creamier, and superior-quality sweet potato — with minimal fibre and maximum flavour — making it truly a world-class choice for everyday cooking and wholesome meals.

Packaging

Cooking Methods

🔥 Oven Baked (Recommended for Best Flavour)

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and thoroughly dry the sweet potato.

Pierce several times with a fork.

Place on an oven rack or baking tray.

Bake for 50–70 minutes, or until fork-tender.

💨 Air Fryer

Wash and thoroughly dry the sweet potato.

Pierce several times with a fork.

Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 35–50 minutes, turning halfway through.

Cook until fork-tender.

♨️ Steamed

Wash the sweet potato thoroughly.

Place whole into a steamer basket.

Fill pot or steamer with water.

Steam for 25–35 minutes, or until fork-tender.
